The UK Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) investigates if a trade remedy is needed to prevent injury to UK industries from unfair trading practices or unforeseen import surges.
Use the Trade Remedies Service to:
- request a trade remedies investigation or review of an existing decision
- take part in an active trade remedies case
- invite an organisation or individual to represent you in an active case
- add a colleague to your account or an active case
